Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of post-contract management for civil infrastructure projects in Singapore
- Taking care of primary costs and contracts of construction projects, estimating, and planning costs
- Monitor, track change orders, sub-contractors drawing list and materials delivery
- Project administration and documentation, valuation pricing and agreement of contract variations
- Deliver the project within budget, cost and the given time frame.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
- At least 3 years of MRT project experience
- Strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
