Requirements:
- SQL skills - must have.
- Can understand and maintain SQL scripts with data aggregation logic.
- Hands-on L2 experience to support business applications, with the below day-to-day duties:
- Troubleshoot production incidents.
- Fulfill user service request (e.g., data extraction, job triggering etc).
- Identity problems from incidents with similar pattern of root causes, summarize the problem and work with engineering team for perm fixes.
- Job monitoring (Control-M, Hangfire jobs, Windows scheduler etc).
- Patch management – working with engineering team to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Must have experience and comfortable working with users, not just with technology team.
Good to have:
- Development experience in .NET framework and .NET core. Can perform in-depth analysis of production issues by troubleshooting from codes. Hands-on scripting in Python is a plus.
