Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
● Greet customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
● Assist customers in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.
● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
● Prompt-following up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels
Sales:
● Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.
● Utilize product knowledge to recommend, cross-sell and upsell products and complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the store.
Product Knowledge:
● Stay informed about product features, specifications, and benefits.
● Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and sales events to effectively communicate them to customers.
Merchandising:
● Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves.
● Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
Team Collaboration:
● Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
● Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address issues and share insights.
● Collect customer feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement in products and sales processes, providing valuable insights to sales leaders for future enhancements.
Remunerations:
● Basic up to $2,500 + High Commission (Averagely $4.000-5,000)
