Responsibilities:
- Register incoming patients
- Prepare the patient for examination
- Respond to patient phone call queries
- Inform patient of financial responsibility
- Prepare and file patient forms
- Verifying and updating patient information
- Assisting doctors and nurses if needed
- Scheduling appointments for patients
Requirements:
- Min GCE N/O/A Levels, Nitec / Diploma and above
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- No experience needed, full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
