Role:
- Provide technical support to desktop/laptop PCs, printers, monitors and other hardware in office environment.
- Coordinate with level 2/3 support engineers to provide support by corresponding to support tickets within decided period.
- Assist IT department staff on IT asset management such as updating, moving, and disposing laptops, monitors and printers.
- Support engineers updating, organizing, and managing user manuals regarding daily helpdesk operations.
- Perform daily basis server check using server checklist.
- Other ad-hoc technical tasks may be required.
Requirement:
- At least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or Support role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Experience with configuring and managing laptops.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Team.
