Our client is one of the leading players in the IT servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Software Developer (MS CRM) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on intricate business cases related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Propose comprehensive solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
- Conduct thorough solution testing and offer support during user acceptance testing.
- Deliver training sessions for both users and administrators.
- Showcase the capabilities of MS Dynamics CRM solutions to clients effectively.
- Design customized solutions to address diverse business, interface, and performance requirements.
- Develop detailed functional requirements and designs for customizations.
- Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their business needs and document them accurately.
- Estimate the tasks involved in implementing solutions.
- Perform data migration, including data mapping, from external systems into MS CRM.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Microsoft Dynamics, offering guidance to clients and mentoring team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or other relevant equivalent field of study.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server would be advantageous.
