Job Description
- Lead in handling sales operations in the company.
- Develop new business leads, signing new corporate and business group contracts.
- Oversee performance of sales team; lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Establish sales plan and justify plans to superior management.
- Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Preparing sales budget, projections and approving expenditures.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product or service.
- Effective point of contact between customers and internal support teams.
- Maintains strong relationships with customers, resolving complaints and understanding needs.
Job Requirement
- Excellent skills in selling & building client relationships.
- Results driven individual who is capable of meeting personal sales targets and lead sales team.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills and leadership skills.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Chef or Sales in Food Related Products (Meat Industry) is a plus.
- At least a Bachelor degree holder in relevant field.
- Able to work on Saturday, 5.5 days a week.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive position.
