Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a portfolio of audit clients including control of billings and payment collection
- Responding and attending to all technical and clients’ queries
- Experience in group consolidation of accounts
- Preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
- Ability to lead a team and develop business opportunities
- Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competences
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training
- Review of audit schedules
- Organize audit results and highlight points for attention
- Works closely with partners and staff on client management and practice development
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (recognized by ISCA)
- Obtained CPA Singapore qualification will be an advantage
- At least 10 years of related work experience in accounting and audit industries
- Strong technical understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, audit standards, accounting principles and related tax regulations
- Strong Tax knowledge and background will be an advantage
- Possess managerial and strong leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good oral and written communication skills to work efficiently and effectively across all levels
- Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges
- Independent and good team player
- Candidate with knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Ability to work additional hours as required and travel to various client sites
