Key Responsibilities
- Designing tailored MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet client needs
- Overseeing all phases of testing and user acceptance
- Providing training for users and administrators
- Showcasing CRM capabilities and solutions to clients
- Handling data integration from various platforms into MS CRM
- Offering expertise in Microsoft Dynamics as a subject matter authority
- Documenting client requirements and solution designs
- Provide Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to clients and mentor team members

- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/365
- Strong in designing and implementing technical CRM specifications
- Experience with On-premise CRM
- Knowledge of CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP, and On-premise deployment
- Skilled in ETL technologies: Data Export Service, Azure SQL, SSIS
- Expertise in CRM customization techniques using JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML
- Background in SQL Server, SSRS, including plugin and script creation
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
