Develop and execute enrollment promotion plans, achieving performance targets through precise market positioning and promotional activities.
Academic Affairs Management:
Organize and coordinate teachers' work, efficiently arrange student course schedules, and ensure the effective progress of teaching activities.
Parental Communication and Issue Resolution:
Establish good communication channels with parents, promptly address their concerns and feedback, and build a rapport with them.
Customer Service and Satisfaction Maintenance:
Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints and suggestions appropriately, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Educational Background: College degree or above
Requirements:
Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
Diverse professional backgrounds are welcome, with an expectation for stable development in Singapore.
Proficient in basic office software operation.
