Responsibilities
• Penetrate and pursue opportunities for account growth with existing and new customers within the corporate channel.
• Build and improve the quality of business relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Conduct visits at store level to monitor the ground situation at the airport, ferry terminals, and selected island-wide retail locations.
• Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals for the sale of sim cards and top-up revenue.
• Ensure provision of proper after-sales support and services to clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good relationships with clients
• Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
Job Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
• An independent, hardworking, and highly responsible individual with a great sense of urgency.
• Extremely passionate and highly driven with a strong ability to self-motivate.
• Relevant sales experience or experience in providing corporate sales solutions.
• Previous experience within the telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
• Able to communicate fluently and confidently.
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve results.
