Responsibilities
- Communication with merchants and partners on implementation of payment solutions including site visit to validate successful implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance service delivery
- Perform, organize and streamline operational task to reduce error rate
- Contribute towards improvement efforts and initiatives
- Continuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge
- Comfortable with cross-selling of Value-added services and product
Requirements
- A’ Level or a diploma are highly preferable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic working environment
- A keen interest to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic and a team player
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Mandarin to interact with diverse language stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
