“nana's green tea” is the Japanese Cafe Restaurant, delivers Japanese food, matcha drinks, desserts, wonderful Japanese food culture and traditions as the "new Japanese style" that suits the lifestyle of modern people.
We have 100 outlets all over the world, 2 outlets in Singapore now and we are expanding.
Job Descriptions
- Start to learn basic skills and restaurant recipes
- Learn how to managing each station
- Help in some easy preparation and cooperate with colleagues
- Area Cleaning
- Clean all utensils after used
- Help dish washing
- Always check expire date of food
- Learning how to check the freshness of food
- Stock up all items by first in first out order
- Follow instructions by kitchen supervisor and head chef
Job Requirements
- 2 years of kitchen management experience
