- You will be involved in day-to-day operating works for procurement and budget data input
- Assist to administer and prepare division proposed budget, which includes understanding of different budget sources
- Track budgets inputs and assist in end-to-end meetings for budget, procurement, planning matters
- Assist in coordinating fixed assets and updating custodians
- Assist and support ad-hoc planning seminars and other matters involving budget and planning
Requirements
- Diploma in Business and Finance preferred
- 1-2 year of administrative experience would be an advantage
- Proficiency with Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), procurement and finance procedures and processes would be an added advantage.
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
