Admin Assistant

Work place:

  • Kallang/Boon Keng

Working hours:

  • 5 days/week, 930am – 630pm

Roles & Responsibilites:

  • Process and handle all online orders i.e Shopee/Lazada/Amazon
  • Daily Filing of Documents
  • Any other Ad-Hoc Admin work
  • Operating Autocount

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/’O’/ITE or its equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 years’ working experience in a warehouse admin environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude
  • Singaporeans/PR only need apply

Other requirements:

  • Candidates must be prepared for working 1-2 more hours during campaign periods, which can be up to 2-3 days per week
