Required Skills:
- Diploma or higher
- Recognition and problems specific to own specialised area; assessment of these problems using standard processes; preparing / developing solutions.
- 5-6 years in Networking, Network products, esp Cisco, Fortigate, Bluecoat. Most important is Cisco, would like to know the network size and type of devices they managed before. Bonus if experience in SDWAN and ACI.
- CCNA and other professional certifications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operation, support, and maintenance of Asia network infrastructure, including support for relevant systems, data updates, reporting and user authorisation management
- Support special infrastructure related projects in the region
- Creates and is responsible for the product backlog, determines the sprint backlog prior to every sprint through prioritisation by business value and/or customer benefit
- The engineer ensures stable operations as per the service level agreements, IT security guidelines, user privilege management policy and the regulatory requirements, e.g. in connection with the backlog; organises and is responsible for a meaningful assessment of the user stories
- Communicates and is responsible for customer and stakeholder management at various levels both locally and globally
- Acquisition, ongoing development, and transfer of operational/process-related/IT knowledge on assigned issues
- Application and ongoing development of the necessary skills to set up new, future-ready digital architectures
- Customer and interface management, including needs analysis, advice and support for central functions and clusters regarding assigned issues
- Ensuring that internal and external standards are met, regarding regulatory issues, reporting, compliance, and auditing in the context of assigned issues and applying best practices
- Compliance with security standards and ensuring stable operations regarding products, services, processes, and systems
- Improvements to products, services, processes and/or systems must consider the requirements of barrier-free IT access / software ergonomics in accordance.
