Executive Administrative Assistance, Service Support Agent
In this critical role, you will manage the schedule of a senior executive, facilitate key interactions within and outside the bank, and provide administrative support to the team.

Primary Duties:
Executive Management Support:
- Scheduling responsibilities: Regularly manage the executive's schedule, preventing conflicts and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Meeting coordination: Facilitate interactions between the executive and key stakeholders within the team.
- Travel management: Oversee logistics for overseas business trips, working closely with APAC branch members.
Back-up Duties
Administrative Support:
- Carry out administrative tasks such as handling payments, creating purchase orders, and processing personnel expense reimbursements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to use common IT tools and software proficiently.
- Proactive and responsible, ensuring high-quality outcome.
- Experience in arranging and conducting meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional attitude, maintaining positivity in all interactions.
