This position will focus on developments with key customers, joining solutions to new and next generation markets OEMs and selected niche application markets.
The opportunity requires and provides the candidate with a broad regional exposure and responsibilities within a global sales organization.
You will serve existing global customers, develop customized solutions, for existing and new applications.
You will scope, evaluate and strategies with the targeted markets and develop partnership aggressively to meet matching qualifications from customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop annual sales forecast & achieve sales targets.
- Aggressively develop and expand existing customer base.
- Action plans to mitigate any gaps in sales forecast.
- Provide broad range of customer services and technical support to customers.
- Assist to plan and implement marketing strategies.
- Prepare sales quotation and related documents.
- Min 5 years of industry experience in business development, sales and marketing in various industries.
- Master degree or equivalent experience preferred especially.
- Relevant experience with established relationships, strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented and independent in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill.
- Able to sell on the monetized total value of a customized solution.
- Willing to travel.
