As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our design projects, from conceptualization to execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:Provide strategic direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization. - Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple workplace design projects.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. - Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing strategic guidance. - Team Development:Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and skill development.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team. - Quality Assurance:Ensure that design solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Review project deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in design leadership, preferably in workplace design.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex design projects.
- Experience in managing project size worth of $1 million.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
