- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting interviews to onboarding new staff.
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution, and promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Administer and manage employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement plans, and other perks specific to the restaurant industry.
- Payroll processing and timekeeping for all restaurant staff.
- Monitor employee attendance and manage leave requests.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and leave balances.
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs, including food safety and customer service training.
- Manage performance evaluation processes, goal-setting, and career development opportunities for our restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and restaurant licensing requirements.
- Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and ensure compliance.
- Stay informed with relevant government grants and processing applications.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience.
- Diploma in human resources, business administration, or to a related field.
- Proven experience in human resource management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll System and MS Office Suite.
