Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $1,800 ~ $2,000

Location: Sungei Kadut Industrial Estate


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist Foreman in administrative tasks such as: photocopies, E-zlink cards, cash cards, payslip, PPE insurance and correspondence.
  • Prepare & Coordinate the Delivery Orders (D/O); Disposal Orders and Material Request Forms and Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure driver timesheets are submitted from the workshop office to HQ in a timely.
  • General administrative duties as and when assigned.
  • Maintain proper filing system (e.g.: Invoices / documents, etc…)

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Certificate in Office Skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office / E-mail Knowledge.
