Job scope
- To research, design and develop new or improved industrial sensors based on clients’ requirement
- To provide design support for product improvement, cost improvement, function improvements, manufacturing process improvements
- To manage Client technical documents
- To manage FMEA, DFM, tolerance analysis before mass production
- To Create test plan and perform mechanical verification
- To Collaborate internal department during entire product life cycle
- To Verify regulatory compliance (UL, CE, RoHS/REACH, etc.) with support from approval department
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years experience
- High proficiency in design plastic moulding, metal injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication and other manufacturing technologies
- 2D & 3D CAD skills, SolidWorks is preferred
