RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Sourcing of products and parts needed for general repairs. Examples may include drywall, bathroom fixtures and other building fixtures.
- Monitor scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Participate in different projects (e.g. alteration works.)
- Check functionality of building systems (e.g. Irrigation systems)
- Perform other related duties and activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to generate work status reports for management.
- At least three years of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair,
- Experience with managing A&A projects.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Salary: From $3,200-$3,500 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
