Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan and perform track adjustment and concrete casting work
- Perform track inspections to ensure safe train operations
- Follow and monitor work practices, safety related issues to improve quality and performance
- Work with customers, both internally and externally to develop good relations
- Plan and provide future track improvements
- Manage labor, tools and materials
- Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures
- Manage delivery of office materials and containers
- Coordination with various contractors for supply and construction
- Plan equipment lists for replacement team by reviewing site survey data
- Check and prepare equipment for daily use by operational teams
- Coordinate of interface activities between coring and delivery teams
- Maintain inventory of Plant, Tools & Equipment
- Coordinate activities for transportation of equipment/materials between (and within) depots and
- work sites.
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience in managing concreting Railway/Trackwork project
- Tunnel concreting experience is a plus
- Leadership and People management experience
