Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data to create reports for the Planning Manager.
- Collaborate with customers to generate monthly reports, forecast future trends, and analyze forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze all production operational reports and plans.
- Liaise with Subsidiaries to ensure adherence to production schedules that support customer demand.
- Coordinate with Subsidiaries for raw material ordering, optimization of capacity, and machine utilization.
- Collaborate with Subsidiaries to enhance the effectiveness of inventory management.
- Follow up with Subsidiaries to minimize raw material, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods inventories through optimized machine planning and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Business/ Logistics & supply Chain or any related course of study
- Min 2 years of experience in planner/ planning executive / any related roles in engineering field
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Advanced excel experience are highly preferred
