Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparations and modifications of schematic, detailed and production drawings
- Responsible for developing solutions to the technical & design complications following Singapore’s established standards
- Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D presentations and/or design drawings
- Responsible for the compilation of data and performance of elementary design computations
- Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings
- May be required to mentor and direct the work of less experienced staff/colleagues
- To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the Management/Direct Supervisor
Requirements:
- To possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- To have at least 6 years of related working experience
- Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- To have knowledge of BIM
