Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the continued well-being of the Department and staff.
- Maintaining and improving the profitability of the Department.
- Reviewing client sales enquiries/orders and amendments
- Approving purchase orders.
- Ensuring proper execution of sales orders.
- Raising nonconformance report for nonconformances found during sales order execution
- Raising and approving corrective/preventive actions.
- Identify training needs of staff (on yearly basis).
- Ensure after sales services are properly carried out and reported
- Be responsible for identification, evaluation and periodical review of Sales performance and Customer Satisfaction status.
Requirement:
- Preferably possess tertiary education.
- 5 years’ experience in the Sales and Marketing field or its related activities.
- Should have been trained in sales / marketing management, customer servicing and relevant area of ISO 9001 system procedures.
