- Monday - Friday (8:45am - 5:15pm)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and coordinating sea import/export shipments.
- Answer to customers' inquiries and handling customers' complaints.
- Communicate with customer, shipping & transport team to ensure a smooth pickup and delivery of the shipments.
- Prepare payment voucher, verify costings, closing of shipment files.
- Ensure all transactions are handled in a timely manner.
- Meet customers' requirements, provide updated information to customers.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sea freight / shipping or similar function.
