Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring our live telemedicine services
- Analysing performance KPIs to maintain and improve our service standards
- Onboarding locum doctors to our telemedicine platform
- Providing live operational support to our internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues relating to our telemedicine services
- Assisting with overall operations needs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma with working experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritise efficiently
- Open to working staggered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Pleasant and cheerful personality
