Responsibilities:
- Prepare an initial Go-to-Market plan with milestones
- Develop the Industrial IOT business
- Gradually grow a team in selected markets to address the IOT products and solutions
- Keep an eye on the competition evolution for the various products and services
- Build the Account Plan in order to define the account strategy and align the plan with the customer and the internal stakeholders
- Orchestrate and network with all internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Extensive exposure to the customer industry (MNO).
- Capable of driving results across virtual teams and able to represent Thales Group as a whole
- At least 10 years of relevant experience working with IoT sales
- Good technical knowledge on IoT ecosystem and industry
- Entrepreneur mindset with a true sense of initiative, curiosity and autonomy
- Acts naturally as a team builder and is a good communicator
- Ability to convince, persuade and negotiate, both internally & externally
- Willingness to travel regionally
