Job Descriptions: -

  • Performing general administrative duties; (Data Entry, Filing & etc)
  • Basic Bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge in applying for work passes for foreign workers.
  • Work closely with the management team to execute daily office operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of jobs.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties. (Contractors & Interior Designers)
  • Ad hoc assigned.

Requirement & Skills: -

  • GCE 'O' level and above
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, independent & meticulous.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible and willing to learn.
  • Savy in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint slides.

Additional Information: -

  • Start work immediately.
  • 5.5 working days (Alternate Saturday work from home)
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Office Hours: 9 am – 6 pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Fun & healthy working environment.
