Job Title: Quality Engineer / Assistant Engineer
Salary: Up to $4000
Location: Joo Koon
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hour: 7.50am to 4.55pm

Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and execute projects and tasks based on the objective set by Management.
- Solve and prevent problem occurrence and to increase customer satisfaction on Product Quality.
- Perform quality, env. and water efficiency system maintenance in the company.
- Support in maintaining & upkeep ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF1694, ISO 17025 and ISO 13485 and ISO 46001 in the company.
- Understand company’s Quality, Env., Water Efficiency and OH&S Policy and Objectives, Env. aspects and impacts, Safety news, Safety risk assessment, Information Security risks, etc.
- Perform internal QEMS and WEMS audit and coordination with internal dept for external QEMS and WEMS audit, provide support for customer audit and perform vendor audit.
- Monitoring production dept. quality failure cost.
- Perform calibration & maintenance of x-ray machine, ensure good housekeeping of X-ray equipment’s area and update monthly schedule report of x-ray machine.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.
- Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
- Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantages.
- Good knowledge of 8D problem-solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.
