- Title: Claim Specialist cum Assistant Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential claims, coordinate with the insurance team, and open claim files accordingly
- Discuss with the internal department and respond to claim notifications from customers and third-party service providers
- Lead and guide the process of claim incident management
- Verify the liability based on the SOP, agreements, terms and conditions, whenever applicable
- Liaise with different stakeholders to mitigate and minimize further losses and damages on running claim cases
- Propose cost recovery whenever applicable and possible
- Deal with claim-related documents (eg LOI, liability or No further liabilities letters, invoices, etc)
- Follow-up on running/open claim cases
- Provide updates on open claim cases and share the monthly/weekly overviews with stakeholders
- Assist on operational-related matters as assigned
- Other ad hoc duties and initiatives assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Possess good IT skills
- Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
- Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
