Job Description
The Social Media Strategist will join our marketing team, responsible for developing Secret Furnishing’s organic content strategy and overseeing all video production aspects, including producing, filming, and directing talent. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases successful content creation and the ability to grow a brand's social media presence.
Objective
Inspire Singaporean homeowners with our mission to deliver the best value in products and service by building up engaging social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Lemon8.
Key responsibilities
- Assume full ownership of the content calendar, and spearhead social media strategy.
- Plan and produce video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, covering a variety of formats such as skits, product reviews, and interviews.
- Manage all video production stages, including sourcing and directing talent, storyboarding, scriptwriting, filming, and post-production.
- Keep abreast of viral TikTok trends and leverage them through rapid video production.
- Research and connect with influencers aligned with our brand values, initiate collaborations, and negotiate terms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Track, monitor, and report creative assets performance.
- Support ad hoc creative projects, including photo shoots and graphic design.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in social media video production and management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and best practices.
- Highly creative individual, skilled executor, and effective communicator capable of turning campaign ideas into reality.
- Proficient with production setup and operation of cameras and audio equipment.
- Skilled in popular video editing softwares such as CapCut, Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro.
- Adaptable and is a team player.
- Knowledge of home furnishing will be a plus.
