The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers to expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales and marketing strategies.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, products, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
