About The Company:
- Salary: Basic up to $2,500
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
- Location : Tuas West Road MRT (Walking Distance)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and organizing purchase orders/requisitions.
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
- Communicate with shipping agents regarding orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the team on product details, pricing, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Support daily purchasing tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems within the department.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standard operating procedures.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and prioritizing customer needs.
- Demonstrates strong work commitment and maintains a positive attitude.
- Training will be provided
