Xin Yuan Fei Edu Hub (Coeus International Holdings) runs a one -stop educational service providing consultation and support services to international students wishing to study in Singapore. We are looking for an marketing support to assist in drafting write-ups and attending to customers` needs as well as supporting the Marketing Manager with the execution of various strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Looking into customers` needs and requirements so as to recommend educational pathway.
- Attending to customers` needs by selling & promoting services.
- Provide advice to parents and assist them with selection on student`s educational enrolment & programs.
- Drafting write-ups and completing application forms
- Follow up and keeping up-to-date with student`s progress.
- Keeping up to date with changes in Singapore`s & other International education system and structure.
- Handling and attending to customers` inquiries
- Assisting in other ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent from reputable institutes.
- Prior knowledge on Education structure & systems (International Schools & Singapore Government Schools) will be highly advantageous
- Ability to engage customers via various channels
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to engage and work as a team
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- English proficiency to complete applications and write-ups
