We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of air-conditioning service, repair, and installation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate resources, including technicians, subcontractors, and materials, to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and forecasting costs
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the air-conditioning service, repair, and installation industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
