- Assist with issuance of PO to sub-contractors
- Data entry & tidying up of information in intranet system
- Preparation and compilation of reports
- e-filing of documents into company server
- Assist in procuring of items/equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
- Contract might be renewable based on company's needs
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative role will be added advantage.
- Entry level are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).
- Proficient in using basic MS Office (eg. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player.
