Summary:
· Responsible for the growth of the business within the Business Commercial banking team
· Engage corporate clients and work with them to provide banking solutions
· Adhere to the regulatory requirements for all business banking transactions
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new accounts / manage existing accounts to achieve profitability targets established
- Be involved in the sales and marketing of a wide spectrum of banking products and services to meet the needs of commercial and corporate banking segments
- Cross-sell products and services to generate revenue growth for the department
- To grow New-To-Bank clients based on strong fundamentals and as per stipulated creditguidelines from Head Office.
- To encourage a client-oriented approach towards building a successful and profitable business relationship.
- To ensure compliance with AML, internal policies including regulatory guidelines, SOPs, manuals and all other rules and regulations.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of commercial experience preferably in the real estate and construction sectors
· Bachelor Degree in finance industry
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task
· Good stakeholder and project management skills
