Responsibilities:
- Spearhead and steer the seamless flow of operations.
- Monitor and optimize daily operational activities with effective workforce planning.
- Handle the allocation of daily tasks, including meticulous scheduling for technicians, taking into account their location, duties, and leave arrangements.
- Proactively assess and incorporate continuous improvements in delivery methods.
- Facilitate daily meetings at the workshop and disseminate essential updates to the team.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to tackle on-field challenges and find practical solutions.
- Establish effective communication channels with the sales team to ensure top-tier service delivery to customers, with a focus on quality equipment and skilled personnel.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols through effective communication and implementation.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 - 8 years of operations experience preferably from Oil & Gas industry bacground
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
