Overall job purpose:
- Handle full spectrum of the human resource functions that include implementation of HR policies, talent attraction and retention programmes, performance management, compensation and benefits. Learning and development, and employee engagement
- Oversee and manage Office Administration in the organization
Key responsibilities and duties
- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
- Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
- Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
- Build strong relationships, fostering trust and promoting collaboration internally
- Handle confidential matters with discretion
- Ensure payroll processing and payroll fund transfer are transacted timely
- Manage full spectrum of recruitment processes
- Ensure policies handbook are updated and ensure distribution of written and verbal information to staff on any changes
- Identify key positions in the organization and select high potential employees who may be developed for these roles
- Drive and implement process improvements to increase HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze total compensation and take proactive actions to ensure C&B program remains competitive
Other Functions
- Oversee and manage administrative team in supporting, planning, organising, and implementing an administrative system for the organisation.
- Be the Group HR Business Partner in providing HR strategic support to BU/Group Function Head and collaborate closely with local HR.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in Business with major in human resources or equivalent
- 8-10 years of direct experience in HR or related field
- Strong understanding in Singapore Employment Law
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and en ethical mindset
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
