The Talent
- At least a Diploma or any relevant courses.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau, and programme development languages such as HTML, SQL or VBA is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description
- Gather data and information required for manpower reporting and surveys
- Prepare and clean data to ensure quality and usability for further analysis and future retrieval
- Conduct basic analysis of statistics for understanding of manpower trends
- Support the implementation of workforce solutions and interventions
