Sales Account Executive
Job Description
1) Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients
- Implement strategies to understand and meet the needs of assigned accounts
2) Business Development:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the B2B sector
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts
3) Sales Planning and Execution
- Learn and contribute to the creation and implementation of effective sales plans
- Assist in executing sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives
4) After-Sales Support:
- Provide dedicated after-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve customer issues in a prompt and professional manner
5) Detailed Reporting:
- Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and after-sales activities
- Contribute to providing regular reports on sales performance and account status
6) Communication and Cross Collaboration:
- Develop effective communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with Branding and Marketing team on new product launches, promotional events, etc to deliver the unique selling points to all sales accounts
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English and Mandarin)
- Experience in sales within the audio, music, or consumer electronics industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools and techniques
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with studio recording, sound engineering, or audio production is a plus
- A passion for music and audio technology
