We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our company.
Note: This position is on flexible work arrangement(Remote work).
Job Description:
- Work closely with internal and external clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for role specifics, and to meet hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping clients find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in HR, Business or other related field
- Certified CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) is a must as required by MOM
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in recruitment or human resource
- Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Possess a can-do attitude, persistence and a positive mindset towards work
- Meticulous, attentive to details, responsible, can be trusted and able to work under pressure
