- To attend inbound calls and assist on IT product enquiries and requests
- To do outbound calls for existing and new customers
- Handle online inquiries via website and e-mail campaigns
- To drive customers to purchase online products
- To update the Customer Relationship Management Portal on sales opportunity & leads
- To assist in Marketing activities (such as marketing events and road shows)
- Products handled: IT Hardware and Software (e.g. Autodesk, Microsoft, Apple, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
- Note: Telemarketer / Telesales is required to report to office.
