Job descriptions for Marketing Executive
Report to Product and Marketing Manager of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.
1. Identify all potential marketing leads and work towards meeting the monthly subscribers’ sales orders.
2. Assist in executing marketing plans and all marketing prepositions via both the on-line and off-line campaigns.
3. Assist in managing Marketing Agents and prepare promotion brief to execute activities.
4. Assist in planning and organizing all mega IT/Electronic shows and as well as small targeted road shows.
5. Manage and respond to social media audience enquires on emails, Facebook and Instagram.
6. Coordinate closely with Technical, Finance and Cust Care department on all related marketing matters.
7. Develop and launch EDM campaigns (Mailchimp): Preparation works includes the following.
a) Build email database of customers
b) Sending renewal offers
c) Sending greetings/notification
d) Sending special offers
