The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work with a Reputable Government Agency
  • Mon - Fri: Office Hour
  • Location: West
  • 12 Months Contract
  • Salary: Up to $2,900 (Depending on experiences)

The Requirement:

  • At least Diploma in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy or any other relevant disciplines.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Application.

Job Description:

  • You will be involved in day-to-day operating works for procurement and budget data input
  • Assist to administer and prepare division proposed budget, which includes understanding of different budget sources
  • Track budgets inputs and assist in end-to-end meetings for budget, procurement, planning matters
  • Assist in coordinating fixed assets and updating custodians
  • Assist and support ad-hoc planning seminars and other matters involving budget and planning
