Customer Service & Indoor Sales Support Executive

Job Description

  • Customer service and indoor sales support for NVOCC.
  • In charge of Booking issuance.
  • Calling the customers on daily basis.
  • Supporting sales and marketing team.
  • Monitoring the DF Loading and calling the customer to get booking to fulfil the DF Vessels.
  • as well as open slot.
  • Quoting and Co-ordinating with Corporate Customers.
  • Submitting the Performance report to the principle weekly and monthly.
  • Submitting Loading and inventory report to Country Manager.
  • File the rates in the system.
  • Getting DG approval from the Feeder / HAZ Team/PODs.
  • Getting Flexi Approval from the Feeder.
  • DF vessel meeting and space allocation.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in handling dry vans, NVOCC.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Proactive, and ability to work hard.
  • Willing to take challenges to enhance long term career progression.
  • Pricing and Budgeting Experience in shipping.
