Job Description
- Customer service and indoor sales support for NVOCC.
- In charge of Booking issuance.
- Calling the customers on daily basis.
- Supporting sales and marketing team.
- Monitoring the DF Loading and calling the customer to get booking to fulfil the DF Vessels.
- as well as open slot.
- Quoting and Co-ordinating with Corporate Customers.
- Submitting the Performance report to the principle weekly and monthly.
- Submitting Loading and inventory report to Country Manager.
- File the rates in the system.
- Getting DG approval from the Feeder / HAZ Team/PODs.
- Getting Flexi Approval from the Feeder.
- DF vessel meeting and space allocation.
Job Requirements
- Experience in handling dry vans, NVOCC.
- Good communication skill.
- Proactive, and ability to work hard.
- Willing to take challenges to enhance long term career progression.
- Pricing and Budgeting Experience in shipping.
