Our client is an established bank in the global market. We are looking for suitable candidates to join them as a Account Servicing Officer (Operations Analyst)
1. To support Account Managers on loan application processing, disbursement validation, participate in UATs and Live Verification testings so that customers' and partners' turnaround time are not impacted
2. Disbursement validation with partners if information mismatch against invoice
3. Sending of Approval Advice/Release Letter to customers and partners
4. Incentives validation
